Shipping costs for UK deliveries are £4.50 per order for delivery via DPD Local – most of the UK is next working day delivery, orders to remote areas or Northern Ireland will take longer. UK customers should receive an email and/or text message with tracking information when your order is sent. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Orders are posted Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
Saturday delivery is available at £15 per order for orders placed before 2:30 pm on the Friday (or last working day before the Saturday of delivery)
Shipping to Europe costs £12 per order.
Shipping to the Rest of the World costs from £20 per order.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any import duties or other related costs.

Following Brexit (on the 1st of January 2021), we have removed UK VAT for all EU customers on our website. We expect EU customers to receive import VAT (tax) charged by their government and an admin fee charged by the courier upon the delivery of their order. You should be able to find information on your country’s VAT rate on your government website to help you know what fee to expect. You will be notified of this charge via the courier when the package has arrived at the destination country.
If you wish to return your order you can do so for a full refund of the monies paid if you notify us of the return within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please notify us by sending an email with your order number to email@example.com. If you do not notify us of the intent to return the order and the order arrives out with the 14 day return period, your return may not be accepted and you will be liable for postage costs to post the order back to you.
The customer is responsible for the cost of posting the order back to us.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned order.
RETURN IN AS NEW CONDITION
We only accept returns where the carrier is in as new condition. This means that the carrier does not have any of the following (please note that this is not an exclusive list):
- Been washed
- Has mud, food, hairs or other dirt on it
- Is damaged
If you return a Integra which is not in an as new condition your refund may be declined or you may be offered a partial refund to account for the resale condition of the Integra.
Always include your order number and your name with a return, returns that do not have identifying information cannot be processed.
