I’m Sarah Sadler, and I’m the founder of Integra Baby. For over a decade I have worked alongside my family and team to bring you carriers of the highest quality. Having carried all three of our children, I absolutely understand the benefits that carrying your baby brings to the whole family unit. I am the UK's longest serving babywearing consultant. My big truth is that I would never have been able to have run Integra Baby, had I not have had my own Integra Baby carriers to enable me to do so!

My journey into the world of babywearing started with my own experiences as a mother. I found that while many carriers were functional, none quite provided the level of comfort, support, or ease that I was looking for, both for me and my babies.

After much research and trial and error, I decided to design a carrier that would solve these challenges. I wanted something that allowed me to keep my baby close, foster a deep bond, and still be really comfortable and supported. That’s when Integra Baby was born.

Integra Baby blends comfort, practicality, and style - all while prioritising safety and the well-being of parents, caregivers and babies. My goal is to make babywearing universally accessible to every parent/caregiver, whether they’re new to it or seasoned pros, and to help kindle those special moments of closeness that come with carrying your little one.

In addition to Integra Baby, I am the guardian and trustee of the TICKS - Rule for Safe Babywearing, endorsed by most nursery retail brands, baby carrier brands, the NHS and other baby safety groups including Public Health England and Lullaby Trust. TICKS is free for all to use.

The Integra Baby design is fundamental and durable and made to exceptionally high standards.  My design means that our supply chain is small. We source mindfully with attention to ethics and carbon emissions.

All Integra Baby carriers are made in Somerset, UK. Our packaging is intentionally minimal – resulting in light and compact packaging. We take our responsibilities to the environment, and each other, consciously.
