Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from the UK using fully tracked delivery services.
United Kingdom
Shipping: £4.50 per order
Most UK orders are delivered on the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and other remote areas may take a little longer.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or text message.
European Union
Flat rate shipping: £30 per order
We've made ordering from the EU as straightforward as possible.
For eligible European Union destinations, we ship using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means that import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges are included in your shipping cost, so there should be no unexpected customs invoices or additional charges upon delivery.
Our aim is simple: the price you pay at checkout should be the only price you pay.
Please note that DDP shipping is currently available for selected EU destinations. If your country is not covered by this service, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
United States
We continue to ship throughout the USA for a flat rate of £25.
There are no additional charges to pay on delivery. Any applicable import costs and tariffs are covered before your order reaches you, so the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
Rest of the World
Shipping to destinations outside the UK, EU and USA starts from £25 per order.
International orders are sent using fully tracked services wherever available.
Please note that unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges that may be applied by their country's customs authority.
Express Courier Shipping
Need your carrier in a hurry?
If you require faster delivery than our standard shipping service, we're happy to arrange Express Courier Shipping to most destinations worldwide.
As courier costs vary depending on the destination and delivery timescale, we provide bespoke quotes for each shipment. Simply get in touch before placing your order and we'll be happy to advise on the available options and costs.
Please note that Express Courier shipments are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP/DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges or courier administration fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are payable before or upon delivery, in accordance with your country's import regulations.
