Our Integra Carrier Hire service gives you the freedom to enjoy an Integra without committing to a purchase.

Whether you'd like to try an Integra before buying, need a carrier for a holiday or simply want one for a short time, we've made it easy and affordable.

And the best bit? If you decide to buy your own Integra, your hire could be completely free!

Simply choose your preferred size (size guide) and hire period, and we'll send you an Integra to enjoy.

Your hire period begins on the day your carrier is delivered. At the end of your hire, simply return it to us using the pre-addressed return mailer we've included with your order.

Love it? Your hire is on us!

If you decide to purchase a brand-new Integra, we'll credit your full hire fee towards your purchase.

That means the total you pay for your hire and your new Integra is exactly the same as if you'd bought the carrier outright in the first place, excluding postage.

For example, if you hire an Integra for 28 days at £35 and then decide to purchase a new carrier priced at £120, you'll have just £85 left to pay.

Your new Integra still costs £120, but you've enjoyed up to 28 days of hire at no extra cost!

Simply purchase within 30 days of the end of your hire period, once your hire carrier has been returned in accordance with our terms, and we'll arrange your credit.

And if you decide not to buy? That's absolutely fine too. You're just as welcome to hire an Integra for a little while and return it when you're finished.

Returning your Integra is easy

We've made returning your hire carrier as straightforward as possible.

Your order will include a return mailing bag with our address already attached.

When your hire period ends:

1. Pop your Integra back into the return mailer and seal it securely.

2. Choose and pay for your preferred tracked return service, whether that's Royal Mail or another courier.

3. Send your carrier back no later than the final day of your hire period.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking details until we've confirmed that your Integra has arrived safely.

Please note: Your return mailer is pre-addressed, not prepaid. Both outward and return postage are the customer's responsibility.

A few things to know

Our hire carriers are part of a dedicated collection, so your Integra may have been enjoyed by another family before you. Every carrier is carefully inspected and cleaned between hires, ready for its next adventure.

All we ask is that you look after your Integra and return it on time, clean and in good condition, allowing for normal use.

Safety is always our priority. Before using your hire carrier, please read and follow the supplied Integra Baby User Guide and pay attention to all safety labels and warnings. Our instructions are also available here.

As our hire carriers remain the property of Integra Baby, you'll be asked to agree to our Carrier Hire Terms & Conditions before completing your order. These include responsibility for loss, damage and non-return, with potential charges up to the carrier's stated retail value, subject to the terms and applicable law.
